That's the message from Michael Colling, a youth worker who helps young people improve their 'life skills'. He's the editor of a new book called 'The Other Side of Blue'. The book is a collection of stories from young people struggling with things like coming out at a young age or getting over a drug addiction. The central message is you're not the only one with your problem and you can get through it. Also here is Analee Matthews. She's written a chapter about her struggle to come to grips with her cultural identity. Analee was adopted from a Vietnamese orphanage when she was just 10 months old and brought to live in Australia. She has no idea who her parents are or why they gave her up. In the last year Sally Fitzgibbons' life has stepped up a gear. She's constantly travelling the world pursuing surfing glory and she hasn't wasted any time in getting there. She reached the heights of junior surfing this year by taking out the ISA World Junior Surfing Championships in Portugal. In recent times more of her time is spent travelling the world's best surfing breaks, than at home in Gerringong on the New South Wales south coast. Sally's hectic tour schedule has forced her to pull out of Year 11 and she doesn't get to ride the normal waves of teenage life. While women are overwhelmingly the biggest victims of sexual assault and men are almost always the perpetrators, close to one in five reports of sexual assault are from men. What's more - research from the Australian Institute of Family Studies suggests that for every report of male rape - another ten go unreported. A study from the Australian Centre for Sexual Assault suggests that social progress is 40 years behind in the area of male rape.
